At the UCMR day on 10 January 2019, our postdoc Selma Dahmane was selected as one of the UCMR Scientific Ambassadors for 2019. UCMR is the Umeå Center for Microbial Research, and their award to Selma includes a substantial travel grant to represent UCMR at national and international events.
