Around a month ago, we welcomed our new PhD student Joanne to the lab. Joanne got her Master’s nad BSc degrees in England, and then spent one year as a research technician working with bunyaviruses in the lab of John Barr at Leeds. She is the first recrutiment within our new “VIREMic” consortium grant, and she will be studying flavivirus replication. Welcome, Joanne!
