This was unexpected! I (Lars) and Joanne went to the HCV-Flavi conference in Copenhagen -and encountered former group member Selma Dahmane and her group. It was so cool to see a poster full of results from the members of our alumna’s group. It made me feel very proud (if I even have the right to feel proud for another group’s data – but let’s leave the philosophy of that for another time). The Dahmane lab seemed to be a very happy bunch, which I totally expected under Selma’s leadership. The photo below is from the last evening of the conference, when we had a Gala Dinner at the beautiful Tivoli Gardens.
